18/04/2012 They are really good until you have a problem that they don't control. I had no broadband connection and they said it was a problem with the BT line and some interference and I should call them. I did and BT said that they do not deal with requests directly about problems and that my internet service provider should have contacted them. So I rang Eclipse back. Same story. Rang BT back etc. etc. Surely if your broadband is down, your broadband provider should see to its repair? If my car brakes down, I don't have to argue with the local Shell garage!
