18/04/2012 Well, at least they were honest! When I phoned up to get broadband I asked what speed I was likely to get. They said half a Meg and they were right. Problem is that they own the lines so it's not like I can shop around for better speed. If anyone offers you more speed than BT, they're lying. All you can do is get a better price.
30/12/2011 i have bt infinity 2 awesome and fast i get 33 out of 40 mbps, constant had virgin 50 mbps only ever got 24mbps
19/11/2009 Felt kind of trapped in to buying bt's broadband. I was with Orange and every time the line went down Orange would say it was BT's fault whilst Bt would say it was Orange's fault ... the only way out was to switch to BT broadband so that no-one could pass the buck. If you're in an area with problems, save yourself the 2 weeks of hell I went through and switch to BT now. Is that still a recommendation?
