18/04/2012 I don't understand. They don't seem to be interested in staying in business any more. I asked for a MAC code because they're service has gone down hill in the past year and they were like, "fine, no problem". No interest in trying to convince me to stay and no apology for the bad service. I think the call centre girl had already had that call a hundred times that day already.
