18/04/2012 How can they provide a service that is slower than what BT was offering me? It's the same telephone line? Called customer services and felt worse for the experience. Waffle about terms and conditions that "you signed up to sir!"
14/11/2009 Very easy to sign up ... after six months of trying, I still have not been able to cancel!!! You can't cancel by phone, you can't cancel by email, you can't block them from debiting your bank account without closing the account and starting a fresh one and even recorded letters via post don't seem to be having an effect. Don't sign up unless you plan on being with them forever it seems!
